All ruru. jewelry is made from real silver at its core (925 Sterling Silver) and is finished with gold plating, rhodium plating or 18k gold vermeil, depending on the design. With proper care, your jewelry will stay beautiful for a long time. Please be aware that Rhodium Plated 925 Sterling Silver or 18k Gold Vermeil Jewelry are more suitable for daily wear.
Please avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and sweat, and store your pieces in a dry, dark place – ideally in your ruru. pouch, which is included for free with every order.

All ruru. jewelry is made from 925 Sterling Silver and can handle occasional contact with water. As these are genuine silver pieces, they are not designed for frequent or prolonged exposure to water.
Without proper care and prolonged exposure to water, the surface may become dull over time or show light oxidation. this is a natural characteristic of real silver.

We ship all ruru. studios orders from Zurich, Switzerland via Swiss Priority Post. Orders above 100 CHF are insured. Delivery time: 2–3 working days.
Returns: Yes – this is possible. As long as the item is still in its original condition and returned within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns.
