All ruru. studios orders are shipped from Switzerland with Swiss Post. We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

To keep our shipping costs transparent and fair, we charge the official Swiss Post rates 1:1, with no hidden markups. At checkout, you can choose the Swiss Post shipping service that works best for you and pay the exact cost of your selected delivery option.

Delivery time depends on the selected Swiss Post shipping service. Standard delivery usually takes approx. 2–3 working days. Please note that different delivery times may apply for pre-sale products or special launches.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking information, if available for your selected shipping method.
